Gostei do hotel, otima localização, cafe da manha ótimo, funcionarios educados. A unica coisa que nao gostei foi da cama que tava afundando de um lado parecia que tava quebrada e o banheiro onde tomava banho muito precária pingava agua sem parar no de mais tudo bem

Bom, porem o atendimento deixa a desejar
Localização muito boa, café da manhã bom, quarto bom, porém o atendimento deixou a desejar. Chegamos por volta de 23:50h, separei os documentos, inclusive do meu pet e o atendente informou que não precisava, depois de alguns minutos que já tinha me liberado para subir (estávamos no elevador) ele me acionou informando que precisava dos documentos de todos, perguntei sobre a senha do wireless, informou que tinha no quarto e ao chegar no quarto não tinha a senha em nenhum local, tive que acionar a recepção pelo ramal. No dia do checkout perguntaram se havia tido algum consumo, informei que não então pediram para aguardar. Depois de cinco minutos esperando na recepção a atendente perguntou novamente se tive algum consumo, informei novamente que não e ela ficou mexendo nos papeis. Aí perguntei se já podia seguir, ela ficou sem graça e então disse que sim (não tinha mais ninguém sendo atendido, e ainda sim fiquei tipo 10 minutos parado esperando a boa vontade da atendente).

Horripilante de ruim e caro
A pior experiência possivel, o hotel pra ficar ruim, tem que melhorar muito, quarto sujo, banheiro minúsculo, hotel barulhento, café da manhã horrível, elevador antigo, pior que isso foi o valor que paguei, não indico nem pra inimigo de tão ruim, detalhe não tem carrinho pra pecar malas, NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO, é cobrado 40 reais a parte é terceirizado.

A acomodação em si é boa. Localização muito boa , porém o banheiro é muito minusculo , quando li alguns comentários achei que era exagero, mas não . Deve ter 0,5 metro quadrado. E a porta do box ainda abre para dentro desse micro espaço. 😖
