Hotel bem limpo, roupas de cama e banho, ,limpas e cheirosas, precisam rever o horário do café, começa muito tarde (07:30) pra quem esta trabalhando, outra coisa no chek-in, ja me hospedei mais de 20 vezes, e sempre a mesma burocracia na recepção , nao cabe mais nos dias de hoje, tem que pensar mais no hóspede, que chega de viajem cansado , perder quase uma hora na recepção.

Pior hotel em que ficamos hospedados até hoje

Desde a chegada fomos mal atendidos na recepção, não atendendo nossa solicitação de um berço para nosso bebê de 1 ano, o recepcionista nos informou que teriamos que ter colocado essa observação no aplicativo, porém não quis resolver o problema, estavamos com duas crianças, uma de 1 ano e outra de dois anos. O Quarto tinha paredes com mofos, tv não funcionava, não tinha água na geladeira, a torneira do banheiro saia água turva e o café estava muito fraco com produtos de má qualidade. E para finalizar cobraram o absurdo de 50 reais para estacionar em um prédio ao lado em uma torre muito ruim de subir com o carro.

A gerência precisa rever o horário do café, principalmente no inverno, a maioria dos clientes, estão a serviço ou famílias com crianças pra ir ao Beto Carrero, nessa época poderiam servir mais cedo, o ideal seria a partir das 06:30 ou mais tarde as 07;00.

Mar hotel foi bom pra minhas pretensões, que eram basicamente dormir e sair após o café. O atendimento geral do hotel é muito bom. Observo que, em minha opinião, o quarto em que fiquei têm o projeto de iluminação é deficiente. E também o hotel não empresta nada, sequer um copo se você precisar.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento bom, confortável, café da manhã de qualidade. Porém, não dispõe de ferro de passar roupas ou de serviços para esta atividade e o secador de cabelo parou de funcionar no momento da utilização.
