Bom hotel para quem vai ao Beto Carrero World
Hotel muito bom, acima da média das opções em Penha. No entanto: 1- Depois da primeira noite, o pessoal do serviço de quarto tirou o sabonete começado do banheiro e não repôs mais. 2- Na primeira noite liguei para a recepção mais de 10 vezes e não fui atendido, precisei descer para falar pessoalmente com o funcionário. São falhas que não condizem com o padrão do hotel, mas fáceis de resolver.

Hotel e funcionários impecáveis, desde a portaria o atendimento é sem igual, ambientes agradáveis, quarto bem estruturado, restaurante e bar muito aconchegante. Áreas de lazer ótimas para as crianças, piscina adulto com água morna oque ajuda muito a curtir os dias frios e aproveitar o máximo do hotel e a jacuzzi muito boa com a água super quentinha. Hotel muito bom! Só achei muita irresponsabilidade a recreação infantil colocar quase 40 crianças na escada de incendio correndo, subindo e descendo 8 andares , na brincadeira com willie wonka. Se uma criança caisse na escada, seria pisoteada...

os 2 dias que passamos não temos nada a reclamar, o sistema de café da manhã e jantar inclusos é perfeito para quem chega cansado do parque, que está a poucos metros de distância do hotel. Só chegar e aproveitar a farta opção com diversas atividades para quem vai com crianças. Gostamos!

Hotel bom, contudo a banheira de hidro jacuzzi, que tem que ser reservada, estava imunda no horário que eu marquei. Não tive coragem de entrar. Na habitação não há separação do banheiro para o quarto, tirando a privacidade de quem está usando o banheiro.
