O hotel é uma casa antiga e não está nas melhores condições: cheiro de mofo, banheiro muito antigo, colchão muito duro e uma acústica terrível. É realmente possível ouvir os outros hóspedes respirarem... conclusão: não dormimos nada! O café da manhã é num local muito apertado, mas as opções estavam honestas. O estacionamento é muito apertado. A sacada era perigosa para nossas crianças e não estava descrita na hora da reserva. Piscina em reforma, hidro paga a parte. Preciso destacar que os funcionários nos atenderam bem e que a localização é fantástica, mas não vale a pena.

Muito satisfeitos com a acolhida. Realmente nos surpreendemos positivamente. Funcionários extremamente gentis e solícitos, em especial a Taís. Apenas o colchão que julgamos um pouco duro demais, no restante, tem que procurar com lupa algo par reclamar. Não tenho dúvidas que é o melhor local para ficar na região.

A estadia foi condizente com o valor, visto que foi a estadia mais em conta no centro de penedo, foi muito bom. Toalhas, roupa de cama, armario e quarto bem limpos. Os ruins foi que a maçaneta do banheiro estava quebrada e a porta empenada mas como estavamos em casal, isso nao afetou, o colchao é ortopédico bem gasto e no primeiro dia e no primeiro dia encontramos sabonete usado de hospedes anteriores. Mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia. As areas comuns do hotel sao bem bonitas e conservadas, durante o dia pude notsr que a equipe de manutenção por la, funciona bem. Eu recomendo o hotel, inclusive quem nao tem carro, da pra fazer tudo a pé
