Great motel!
This is a no-frills motel, that is clean, safe and the owners are incredibly kind. If you need somewhere to stay for the night, I recommend the Cortland Motel.

It was OK given our reason for staying
We had to stay away from our house for one night because it was being fumigated. This was the cheapest choice. It was OK, but the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Also, every time we heated up water, the smoke detector went off

Simple, dated rooms but more than adequate. Everything we need for simple, short stay. Everything was clean, well cared for and smelled fine. Check in was quick, easy with pleasant, friendly check in staff. Good value for the money. All the basics and located near the county seat so an interesting town (Cortland) with msny dining options.

Pleasantly surprised and pleased by this motel. Most motels make you regret not planning earlier or not paying the extra cash to stay in a hotel. Clean. Staff is nice. And its visible thatbthey care about being clean and a good presentation. Would consider staying here again. I live 3 hours away.

Clean basic classic motel room.
Clean, basic classic motel room with a couple updated fixtures and furniture pieces. LVP flooring throughout which I like (seems more hygienic). The shampoo packets are difficult to tear open. You'll need to cut them first.
