Probably one of the nicest all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Rooms are huge with exceptional views. Staff are friendly. Service was amazing. Karaoke at night was too much fun! Attention to detail for the grounds was amazing. We look forward to another trip here!

Dogs are welcome now which is a nice touch...but when you get several in the buffet and they start barking IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA. Some of the servers are welcoming and helpful but most have no English and it is frustrating tryi g to get information. Aqua fitness continues to start late and finish esrly. The instructor continually looks at her wtch..not impressed.barking

The infinity pool needs to be changed back to adults only. Have no idea why small children in floaties are allowed in an infinity pool. Very difficult for adults with mobility issues to enter the pool because if all the children playing in the shallow area and on the stairs. This really needs to be remedied.

The hotel was very nice, the view is incredible, food was delicious, activities and shows were great, kayaking to the island and sailing are also included, maybe they can add an air hockey table to the family room and a room for teenagers with video games, overall great vacation!
