Es un hotel amplio muy bien ubicado con una vista impresionante y una playa maravillosa sus puntos malos es la carta su carencia de alimentos el servicio de playa es malísimo con un mesero atendiendo a todos y tardado y los servicios del bar y restaurante en playa acaban súper temprano, las habitaciones les urge un mantenimiento están súper viejas camas, muebles, y las ventanas en lugar de vidrios eran plásticos de ahí en adelante todo bien.

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

Our experience at Emporio was very disappointing, especially considering the price of the all-inclusive plan. The hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. The curtains in our room were damaged and wouldn’t close properly, and the furniture was old and heavily scratched. There was also no A/C in the bathrooms—not in our room or the public areas, including reception. Using the restroom felt like stepping into a sauna. The cleanliness around the kids’ pool was especially concerning. There was iguana droppings everywhere, including in the area where children walk barefoot before entering the pool. This should be addressed immediately. The food was mediocre at best, and the all-inclusive plan is really only worthwhile if you primarily want drinks. There are only three meals a day, with one buffet visit per meal, and the restaurant is essentially closed between meals. There are several hours between breakfast and lunch, and again between lunch and dinner, with absolutely no food or snacks available—only drinks. Other all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed at offer snacks between meals, which makes much more sense, especially for families with children spending the day swimming. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience at reception was inconsistent, with a few employees being noticeably rude. Overall, we would not choose this hotel again.

Personnel serviable, placés de stationnement avec service de valet disponible, et spectacles comme Fiesta Mexicains incroyables. Less chambres avec balcon vue à l’océan et les boissons dans le frigo toujours remplis à chaque jour agrémentent encore plus le séjour.

I wish the selection of food was better in the buffet. The specialty restaurants were excellent.
