Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

pool bar was always closed. The staff was rude, and the food not good. Excellent location tho and the pool was nice, but small.

Overcrowded pools, worst buffet, bad service and some rude staff. Not enough staff to accommodate the guests. Not coming back.
