Quaint hotel and staff is awesome!!!

pool bar was always closed. The staff was rude, and the food not good. Excellent location tho and the pool was nice, but small.

Los empleados fueron muy amables todos!! La Vista ala playa espectacular, todo muy limpio, la comida en buffet muy deliciosa, snack bar muy rica tambien, solo un pequeño detalle que no me gusto fue que cuando faltaba media hora para que ellos cerran ya no resurtian nada. Pero todo lo demas estubo muy bien, mi primera ves en un hotel con todo encluido y quede satisfecha. Enverdad si lo recomiendo mucho

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

Rude staff nasty food

Staff ensure you have a pleasant stay, their ethic, kindness and politeness are excellent. Pools beach are beautiful. Rooms are clean but can use a fix. No difference from a standard to premium room. Didn’t receive any type of special perks for being premium this time around have visited 4 times Food is okay can be changed taste wasn’t for me. How about for authentic Mexican dishes nothing exotic
