I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. When I initially booked, I chose the hotel because of its medium budget and convenient location near the sea, according to Google Maps. However, just before my arrival, I received a message from the reception with a different address than the one listed on Google Maps. Upon arriving in Izmir, I headed to the new address they provided, but there was no hotel at that location. I tried contacting the hotel, but they didn’t respond right away, so I went to the original location shown on Google Maps—again, no luck finding the place. After wasting time and paying twice for Uber rides, I finally got a response from them via WhatsApp with the correct location. By this point, I had already spent around $37 on Uber rides due to the confusion. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to explain the situation, but I wasn’t convinced. However, I decided not to escalate things because I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, and the staff couldn’t speak English fluently, making communication difficult. The room itself was very small, and while the hotel claimed to offer daily housekeeping, they only cleaned our room twice during our five-night stay. I also had to repeatedly go to the reception to ask for basic amenities like water, tea, and toilet paper. On a positive note, the staff were polite and treated us well, but overall, I chose this place for its location, and the misleading addres

Modern and clean hotel
This hotel was very modern. We didn’t encounter any issues. There was a nice and popular bakery within walking distance to eat for breakfast. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Good Location, but Some Disappointments
This isn't a hotel; it's more of a hostel. The hostel has a central location, right by the train station and was very central, but the surrounding environment is in poor condition, with a strong smell of sewage. The hostel itself doesn’t have a restaurant or breakfast service. The room was fine—clean and relatively new, which was good. However, one other issue I faced was with the location listed on Hotels.com. It showed a place close to where I needed to go for a meeting, but on the day I received a message saying that the location shown on Google was wrong. The hostel was actually somewhere else, farther away. I was really confused as to why the wrong address was listed on hotells.com. I chose this place specifically because it was supposed to be near my meeting location. This hotel room had both a fridge and a kettle, with tea, coffee, and similar amenities available right in the room. It was small, but it had everything.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Übernachtungen sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nah gelegen zum Bahnhof Alsancak und zum Meer. Entlang an der Einkaufsstraße und den Cafes. Die Einrichtung im Hotel is neu und schön.

Die Adresse als solches mag wohl stimmen, wenn man allerdings nach maps oder Google einfach das Hotel eingibt, wird es in einem anderen Stadtteil angezeigt. Am Anreisetag dann die Überraschung, dass das Hotel in Alsancak ist und nicht wie in Maps nahe Salhane IZBahn Station. Schon etwas schockierend, wenn man sich das Hotel anhand der Location erstmal aussucht und dann Meilenweit woanders "wohnt". Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Nur an der Freundlichkeit des Personals muss dringend gearbeitet werden. Der Herr der Nachtschicht an der Rezeption is derart unfreundlich und sogar frech dem Gast gegenueber und kann es wohl gar nicht, wenn man eine Frage hat. Auch Englisch an sich ist wohl eher eine Herausforderung im Hotel.
