Wife and i had an absolutely perfect experience here. Extremely clean and staff was very professional and polite, they are happy and eager to help you with anything. Great breakfast buffet with diverse food options. Very clean and cozy room. Free wifi throughout the whole place. Pool area was awesome! Excellent service and very clean. Italian dinner at the rooftop was world class. This is my new favorite place to vacation. We will be back next year! Thank you Swissotel!

We have been staying here every time we visit Izmir. Everything is top quality and all members of the crew are extremely kind and welcoming. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the hotel and the feeling stays the same your whole trip. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The food is top quality and the variety is great too. The kids love both the indoor and the outdoor pools. The gym is fully equipped and everything is clean and well maintained.

Me and my girlfriend just got home from our stay in this hotel, we had an absolutely wonderful week, the atmosphere is really calm and relaxing, the easy listening music in the lifts and around hotel/pool sets the tone, even had a man playing the piano which was lovely, the staff are really relaxed and friendly/helpful, the clients tend to be middle aged and all enjoying the peaceful days. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms very very nice and kept really clean, Food and drinks aren't cheap, but you should expect that in 5*, plenty of restaurants nearby to try out. There is a lot of security on all entrances, even body scanner's as you enter, it's another level of safe, even the lifts only operate with your room card, it makes you feel really safe, The walk by the seafront is beautiful, and we loved getting takeaway and sitting on the grass with the many locals and families enjoying the green spaces, I will advise you to remember your credit card for check-in, as they take a room deposit when you arrive, I didn't realize this and it caught me by surprise, didn't have my credit card, paid cash no problem. Overall we loved our stay and honestly couldn't find fault in hotel or staff, the area is also very nice, not a beach holiday in kustadasi, more a luxury holiday in a bustling city. Will definitely be going back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone.

Everything was well thought out. Everything they served was delicious, even the simple things, from their tea to their coffee to just regular fries, they serve anytime around the pool or the lobby etc. I can easily say a lot more about the personnel, amazing. Service is what they lived for.

Swissotel is an exceptional hotel, with a luxurious aroma which you notice even outside and unique artwork throughout. We stayed in the family garden room and this was spacious and had a second toilet which was a surprise. The room was well maintained and had all the facilities you require to have an enjoyable stay. The only small downside is that whilst there was a balcony it didn’t have a seating area as it was too small to have a chair and table. All the employees were kind and attentive. The spa staff were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend trying a treatment or two !!! 😁. Overall we had an amazing week at the Swissotel and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Swissôtel in Izmir and was quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially given the high price point. The service was far from what you’d expect at a hotel of this caliber. Each day we encountered electrical issues — lights not working, air conditioning failing — and although maintenance was sent up every time, no one ever offered to move us to another room for convenience or comfort. Their approach to bottled water under the name of “sustainability” was questionable — they leave refilled bottles in the room, and there’s no clear indication of how clean or safe they are. Room service was also frustrating; it was often hard to reach anyone, and we ended up having to go downstairs ourselves just to find someone. Another major letdown was the inconsistency in their pet policy. While they seem strict about pets, the hotel was full of unsupervised kids running, yelling, and creating chaos in common areas — not exactly a peaceful or relaxing environment. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and don’t plan to return.
