Wonderful hotel with a locked parking lot. You needed to call or run in the door to get someone to open the gate for the parking. WiFi was weak on the last few days of our week long stay. But the service was good and breakfast was plentiful.

The location has a beautiful view of the harbour, however, it's next to a busy noisy road. The room was ok, and the bed was comfortable. The staff is very helpful in regard to giving information, however, the breakfast was dissapointing and did not merit the >9 rating of the place. The selection was very poor and the bread was cut up into tiny pieces. I had expected better.

Great Hotel, Perfect Location and Amazing Staff
The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. Only two tramway stops from the town's main bazaar and the clock tower. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historical elevator (TARIHI ASANSOR) which is perfect for sunset photoshoots. The view from breakfast room is amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They treated us like their family. I would like to thank Ms. Sevgi, Ms. Aycan, Mr. Turkay, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Emre for their hospitality. I will definitley stay in The Yali Konak Hotel when I travel to Izmir again.

The staff were awesome. Very nice demeanour . Rooms were clean. Location was easy and view was of water. The room does have car noise from highway out the front but this was not to bad for us as we liked the water views. There are rooms with city view and these would be quieter.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Room was comfortable and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had more choices than you would find in a luxurious restaurant. And to top it all free parking. I recommend very highly.

Amazing place. I would definitely choose it again. Very close to all the touristic area. The view of the port is very serene. The breakfast, the staff, the service was top, I really wish I stayed more. Very friendly and sweet hospitality.

Otele girerkenden çıkana kadar hem güler yüzle hem kibarlikla yardimca oldular.Yatak banyo WC pırıl pırıl konumuna zaten diyecek yok deniz manzaralı ve metroya 2 dakika.Kendine ait otopark var.Zaten otele girince mis gibi kokuyor.Kahvalti çok çeşitli değil ama kesinlikle doyurucu.Tesekkur ediyoruz tüm kalbimizle

Otele ulaşım, gayet kolaydı. Odamız; temiz, gösterişsiz ama kullanışlı, körfez manzaralı, rahat, içinde gardrobu, güvenlik kasası, su ısıtıcısı, televizyonu, temiz ve rahat çift kişilik yatağı, sorunsuz kliması ve banyo olanaklarıyla yeterliydi. Magnífica opción para quedarse en Izmir
Magnífico servicio, son muy amables todos. Aún cuando algunos no hablen inglés, buscan la forma de ayudarte en todo momento con mucho gusto. Lo único que no estuvo bien fue un olor a humo de cigarrillo afuera de la habitación que afortunadamente no se metió porque pusimos una toalla abajo de la puerta y que el baño tenía poco papel, pero por lo demás, todo bien

Güzel, sessiz, lüks bir Otel.
Her şey çok güzeldi. Temiz ve dizaynı güzel bir otel. Konum olarak alsancak merkezde. Otoparkı mevcut. (Otele gelmeden önce arayın, otopark bariyerini açmak için görevli gelip,açıyor. Otel personelleri çok çalışkan ve yardımseverler. Zaten otel yetkilisi Sevgi Hanım tam bir işletmeci bir insan. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz buradan bizlerle yakından ve candan ilgilendiği için. Oğlum ismailin ayrıca Sevgi Hanıma selamı var😊. Oteldeki tek beğenmediğim nokta yastıkları oldu. Diğer kalan her şeyi çok beğendim. Kahvaltısı da bol çeşitliydi.
