出雲駅前なので空港バス、JR、一畑電車と交通は便利です。近くにはコンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーもあります。お部屋もスッキリとしており、不便さは感じませんでした。スタッフの皆さんも気さくで感じは良かったです。ただ、人によってはトイレが狭く感じるかもしれないです。スーパーホテルはコスパの良いホテルと聞きましたが、私は納得でした。

コスパ悪すぎ

建物の古さ、部屋の広さ、朝食のサービス、どれをとってもイマイチ。出雲大社に行く観光客目あてはいいけど、このレベルであの価格設定(一泊二万)は、ちょっとやり過ぎ。たぶん、もう利用しない。

Still my best in Izumo station area

While the room is getting tired and smelled a bit, it was now renovated partially with a big TV screen. I sincerely accept the hotel's efforts. The checking in and out wete super smooth, which I really appreciate. Actually I stayed at different hotels in recent months, but realized this hotel be my best yet.

清潔感がなくいると疲れる空間

浴室が吐きそうなほど臭く、原因と思われるシャワーカーテンを取り除くも室内に置いてあるだけで耐え難いレベル。数多のホテル利用で初めてクレームを入れました。謝罪もなしでした。スーパーホテルさんは出張でよく利用するため今回も迷わず選びましたが（ビジネスホテルに多くは求めていないという前提で）フロントスタッフも笑顔や気遣いはなく事務的で、その態勢が空間にもあらわれている感じがした。外国人の女性スタッフさんのみ、気持ちの良いご対応で良かった。スーパーホテル全体のリピートは、以後控えようかな。
