one elevator for each building made things very slow and inconvenient. The staff are quite slow to get things done despite a "professional demeanor ". I don't like the place, but it's cheap, and so you see a lot pf guests over using the elevators.

Clean room good staff and a couple of nice restaurants.

Great location in Niigata’s geisha district - who knew? Accommodation spectacular. Bathroom could use improved lighting. Other than that, beautiful accommodation with amazing staff.

裏道から入るので少し分かりにくい。チェックインのシステムが分かりづらく手間取った。

I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. My stay was even better than I anticipated considering how in-human the process was. Clean, big, safe comfortable room. The walls are thin, so being quiet using headphones is most polite. Try not to use the washing machine too late. You’re about a fifteen minute hike from the Toyosaka train station which in turn is like a half hour train ride from Niigata. It’s a great room, space and amenities for the price. And there are good places to eat in town. Don’t be freighted by all the intense instruction. It’ll pay off! Would definitely return.
