The beds were super comfy with nice pillows but there was no comforter only two thin sheets so we had to keep the heat on! They are pet friendly so that was nice but there is no microwave or mini fridge which was a huge inconvenience for us! The staff if super friendly but every time we asked for extra towels we got nothing…next time we will just opt to stay somewhere else.

We’ve stayed here many times and have had good experiences before. But this time front desk staff was unwelcoming and unpleasant, seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs. Only one elevator in use. Room was comfortable, clean, nice. Only one restaurant open, full of flies, slow service. Only one bar open in the casino and short staffed.

We found the smoke smell overwhelming. In order to get to the elevators to access to our rooms we had to walk through part of the casino. The smoke smell was overwhelming. One of the two elevators was under repair so that meant a few waits for the one functional elevator. The room itself was okay, nothing fancy. The TV set had very limited channels and had fairly low resolution. There was no guide and one is forced to slowly scan the limited selection (because it took a few seconds for the channel to appear on each stop). When the shower was activated (by pulling up on a gate) half the water was spraying out of the faucet and half to the shower head. This made for a weak shower flow. (This should have been an easy and cheap fix.) The toilet was to low which made it difficult for one member of our party to get up. The only positive was that one of the lights in the bathroom had a dimmer switch. This allowed a dim "night-light" to be left on in case of a late night visit. The restaurant was terrible. We waited for 50 minutes after our order for the food to arrive. The food itself was not above average, but the prices were. Suffice to say we will not be staying here again.
