The front desk man was incredibly nice however I arrived after dark and the hotel had an eerie dark feeling to it. I had already booked it on a 3rd party website and I was tired after a 12 hour drive so I went inside. The lobby seemed nice, however, walking down the hall to the elevator, in the elevator, and then down the dark creepy hallway to my room was an experience I have never had. Once in my room, I was greeted with stained dirty carpets, an old outdated bathroom and bleached curtains. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. There is no food delivery although the restaurant that I ordered for pick up was very friendly and the food was good. The hotel was quiet, but almost a creepy kind of quiet. I woke up very early in the morning and got out of there.

Elevator sensor broken so it closed and opened at least three times prior to closing and moving up or down. It also beep so loudly. Carpet dirty and worn out on elevator and hallways.

The carpets everywhere were disgusting. The elevator looked like a homeless person lived there. The carpeting in our room was dirty and not vacuumed around the baseboard. The e bathroom was clean but we had to ask for soap and they gave us one TINY bar. Shampoo was not enough for 2 people. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

In the dark it’s hard to see the street or entrance into the driveway. Lighting and signage is poor. Elevator doesn’t function properly the door won’t close several times before it finally does. The beds and bedding are so outdated. You can feel the springs. Apparently they don’t sweep under the vanity. The carpet had so many stains and the baseboards were removed.

Good stay
The room was clean, tidy and spacious, although the furniture was worn. They were accommodating for me and my dog. It was not overly quiet throughout the night. Could hear guests coming and going, but overall good experience.
