Stayed here multiple times. Reserved a specific room back in February and was told they could hold this room for us. We get there and they have over booked the hotel. Our room is not available. Offered us a basement apartment larger than what we had asked for. When they showed us the apartment it had NO WINDOWS. NONE. We had to settle for something else. In the end we paid full price. Not a one cent reduction for what we went through.

Good for the money.

Front desk guy was great! Rooms are quite old and need some updating. Walk into the room with the sink right at your feet. Had to scooch in, shut the door, to walk in with your luggage. Overall, price was very high, but given the area, it was ok. I have never paid $400 for a room like this. Breakfast was good!

Overpriced, Try Another Option

Stay was overpriced for the offering of an average room. Had to ask to have shower head and vent fan fixed after first night, which were repaired. Breakfast was not stocked well for a pricier property. Breakfast area was understaffed, and when asking about items, they wouldn’t refill or were out 2 hours before end of service time.

The facilities are nice, the building exterior and lobby interior are beautiful, wish the rooms matched the price. For $500 a night just absolutely unreasonable accommodations. Terrible beds, window air gaps were broken you couldn’t see out the windows. The shower was spouting out sideways and this was a suite. Would not recommend
