We call the desk because the wifi did not work. We had to use our hotspots the entire stay. They never got back to us. Also there were icy spots everywhere and caused one of us to fall

We have stayed here before and are always pleased. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the location is perfect distance to the center of town. The breakfast is hearty and our rooms are spacious. I will always recommend the 49'er as a place to stay.

I selected a king bed, but none were available when I arrived. I chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool, but the clerk said the door to the poor wasn’t working ; therefore I wished I had selected a hotel with pool access.

Once inside, it was very nice. But GPS takes you to the very dark back side. Staff inside says that happens a lot. There is a small door opening that way. You need to put a light and office/check in sign on that side. It was a very creepy start to our stay. We probably would have left, if we didn't have a non cancelable reservation.

We loved our stay. The hot tub and pool were perfect and we loved the double door access toward our car and out the door to the lobby/pool. The breakfast was delicious. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay there again when we are in Jackson.
