Although the property appears a little "rustic" on the outside, the rooms are excellent with new bathrooms and VERY clean throughout. The manager was outstanding. My partner has RA, so walking up stairs is a problem. Initially we had a second floor room but when a first floor room was available the next morning she immediately moved us to the first floor.

We stayed in one of the suites directly on the river. It was clean and the view was amazing. Gardiner is such a cute little town with easy access to Yellowstone NP. We would definitely stay again!

We booked a room either side of a trip to Yellowstone National Park. They stored our luggage after check out on the first stay and gave us our room much earlier than usually allowed on the return stay

The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and great at giving advice on where things were and dining options. Cleanest place we have ever stayed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.
