Jackson Lake Lodge is a great property. We stayed in the Cottage Cabin, which is essentially a nice motel room. The food at the Blue Heron was great!

Stay was terrible, we stayed 3 days in the lodge, out of that 2 days bathroom water was clogged and whole trip was disrupted. However the lodge manager refunded the stay for those 2days, we were very disappointed that trip had to shorten and had to suffer for couple of hours with cleaning smell.

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Dining options and view from the lodge is great, especially at sunset. Loved thay it was close to Oxbox Bend and Willow Springs for wildlife viewing. Great location to stay if you want to make your way to Yellowstone from Grand Teton

Nice property. The lodge has good restaurants and great views of the lake. It also offers many activities such as horseback riding and fishing. Do book ahead however. We drive to Signal mountain lodge and Coulter Bay Marina, both easily accessible and offer great hiking and fishing.

Pool was not open as advertised. They don’t clean your room everyday, which is fine at Hotel 6, but this place ain’t cheap and I would expect a higher level of services.

Overall the room was good but not for the price we paid. There is no microwave, our toilet wouldn’t flush right, there were cobwebs in the corners, the temperature never stayed consistent, and all the food there was very expensive. You couldn’t eat left overs due to no microwave so you had to buy food.
