Teton getaway

We always enjoy our annual October visit to these comfortable cottages. They are clean and have all the needed amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.We enjoy the quiet and being in nature.

The room was in very bad condition. It’s very smelly. I went to front desk ask for change. She refuse to change room for us. They sprayed air fresh in the room, makes the smell even worst. I found the toilet was not seal and smell very very bad! The ventilation fan like tract very noise. Just can not fall in sleep even we are very tired. We spend almost $600 but the room condition even worse than a motel room. Surprise, the hotel staff not do any thing to help! This is my second time stay but very very bad experience.

Having come from a stay at the Lake Yellowstone Cabins, which was dismal, the Jackson Lake Lodge cabins were the height of luxury. Comfortable, spacious, clean, everything Lake Yellowstone wasn't.

The cabin we stayed in was very clean. It looks like a newly renovated room despite being in an old cabin. The bathroom was nice and clean also. The area was quiet and we can park our car just outside the cabin. The lodge itself was nice with a splendid view of the Grand Teton. The mural room served some nice food and we tried Bison for the first time. It was delicious. The one area I did not rate a 5-star is the facility, which has limited dining options. It would be nice to have another option besides the high-end fine dining Mural room and the diner.

Overall, I will give it a very high rating, and I will certainly stay here again. The only negative is no air conditioning, which wasn't really a problem during my September visit. However, it could be uncomfortable in July and August. The staff is excellent, and the food choices were fantastic
