Check in was contactless which was nice. The room was clean and spacious. The only down side was the fireplace didn’t work. Overall it was a great stay and closely located to the town square.

The location is very convenient, walkable to many downtown restaurants. The check-in was contactless. The only problem was the noise from upstairs neighbors, we could hear the cracking sound whenever someone walk.

Good place to stay for the price. Rooms were nice. Walking distance to the square. Check in is weird. Your just pick up a packet in a box and go to the room with your code. So i guess anybody could grab your packet and go to your room.

The towel rack was coming loose from the wall. The toilet roll holder fell off because it was not secured properly. We had to secure it. The new floor slanted causing the bathroom door when not latched to open on its own. Slight mildew smell masked with a plug in air freshener.

The bed was comfortable and the room had some but not all essentials. For instance, it would be nice to have silverware and plates - even if they are compostable/disposable. The bathroom was old and dingy with a very deep spa tub that made it difficult to maneuver in and out without slipping. The staff were accommodating and there was always ample parking.

It's absolutely perfect. Great location and a great little motel. Our room was super comfortable and so clean. The bed was amazing and so comfortable. It all felt so nice and a good price too compared to others in Jackson. We would highly recommend it. Loved the automated checkin facility it made it all so convenient.
