Never again , Never Recommend

Our stay was HORRIBLE. This is the 21st Century and they did not have a AC IN OUR ROOM. We ROASTED two of the three nights we were there. Thy offered us a second fan that we got . Plus we bring a fan. THREE FANS and it was still not enough . I had my 15 yr old grandson that had late night snacks to be heated . NO MICROWAVE .I will NEVER recommend this place . In fact I will go out of my way to make sure nobody ever stays at this place . We packed up and left in the middle of the night and drove through the night as soon as I knew we would arrive at our small quaint hotel on Montana 3 pm NOT 4 pm . Never seen a4 pm check in . Pretty soon it will be a 8 hr sleepover . I’m sitting in my AIR CONDITIONED HOTEL room with Microwave writing this.You have 21st Century prices and 20th century accommodations! To sum this all up . I have never been this disappointed and this dissatisfy in a three day stay or any stay in a hotel accommodation such as that. THE OWNERS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN RM 215 in July or August I wished I had taken a pic of us roasting . I feel like I deserve compensation . Knowing I won’t get it . But it is deserved

The restaurant had a terrible choices.... The chef wants to be a chef I guess..... 50 bucks for a small steak.... 11 bucks for ice cream and a brownie..... Half a roller toilet paper and no air conditioner..... You're a captive audience because there's no place to eat for a half hour away

No air conditioning, broken screens and window cranks, nothing to do at resort, construction going on, etc. Asked for room to have beds made and we had nothing on them as we were told but no one cleaned the room, no new towels. Just no service!

Great resort with amazing views. Love the scenic chair lift. Note: it’s $30 per person for up to 3 rides. Unfortunately you have to take all 3 rides in that same day.
