Overall, my stay at this hotel was decent. However, I did have some issues with noise. I could hear sounds from outside the room, which made it a bit difficult to relax at times. Additionally, the water sounds from the shower on the floor above were quite audible, which disrupted the quiet. While the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, I’d recommend considering soundproofing improvements for a more comfortable experience.

I booked this hotel as soon as I drove in to town. When I checked in, there had been a mistake with room availability and so I was upgraded to a double queen junior suite. It was recently remodeled with beautiful furnishings and a superb shower. After checking in, it was only a few blocks to walk to main street. I really appreciated the free guest parking and the complimentary breakfast buffet! Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here when the property was the Lexington. I liked the Lexington and they seem to have made some improvements. The location is perfect in downtown Jackson. The clerk was very patient and accommodating when I asked to move my room. I have never said this about a free breakfast but it was excellent. They had delicious ham and cheese croissants and hot cinnamon rolls. It’s pricey like everywhere in Jackson but it’s worth it especially in the off season when I visited.
