The staff was exceptional. The property is in a great location. It’s very clean. BUT…. The in room fireplace is pathetic, not worth the upgrade fee. Our shower continually stopped working while actually in the shower. The hot tub didn’t not work while we were there. I emailed the property manager on December 11th and as of December 24th, I have had no response. For the cost of the room and amenities, I expected more.

We ended up, loving the Rockwell. The floors in the bathroom are heated, which is super nice in the winter. Our room was large as was the bathroom and the sink area. All very nicely done. There is a microwave, a coffee maker and also a fridge. We’d definitely come back! Oh, and great breakfast each morning!

Great location in the middle of Jackson. We had a short visit, but the bed & pillows were very comfortable & we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were decent and beyond the normal bagel option. They had a variety of options, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful! The location is right next to the city center, but is quiet & relaxed. The staff were all so nice & the breakfast buffet was delicious! Would recommend to anyone!
