Very pleasant and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast so much we chose to stay another night. Many places to choose from in Jackson but i doubt they could offer much more than Rockweĺl. I look forward to coming back again.

The room was lovely and the included breakfast had a lot of options. My only minor complaint was that the hot tub was out of order, but the pool was still open so the kids could swim and have fun. All in all, would definitely stay again.

Rockwell is a very clean and cozy property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The beds are cloud-like and the linen is white as snow. You can confidently walk into the shower, knowing that they are safe for people of all ages and pristine. My family and I enjoyed staying there and strongly recommend it to future Expedia travelers.

Older but nice and clean. The bed and pillows were the best with extra blankets. The sink and counter space flooring was heated!! What!!! It was pretty quiet from traffic, easy access to everything. The breakfast was great, the workers were very pleasant. *Not all outlets in our room worked.

Jackson stay at Rockwell for Gaper day at JH

Everything was really good. The upgrades of the property from the Lexington are nice. 2 things: for the 3rd year in a row for April 1 week visits, the hot tub was broken or under repair. Not good for a ski trip. If the tub is that much of a problem, they should just tear it out and rebuild it with a new one. To have this happen 3 yrs in a row, for the same dates, is inexcusable. Perhaps this is when they schedule an end-of-winter cleaning...this is also inexcusable. Many people still come to Jackson in early april...as was the case this week as the hotel was mostly full. To not have the hot tub (one of the most important amenities) not available is bad. At least plan a reciprocal agreement with another local hotel or health club so a hot tub is available. 2nd: we had housekeeping come by after the first night, but not after the 2nd...which was strange (we stayed 3 nts). All else was good.
