The room wasn’t dirty but we didn’t feel safe you could see thru the door frame we had to use the iron board to block the view the smells of smoking it was bad special we have a baby.

No hot water. They canceled my reservation. I couldn’t reach Expedia by phone to cancel. Spent two hours after a long day of travel.so I said I’ll take the room even tho no hot water. They said no they canceled my room. Threatened to call police and then after a two hour search I booked another room, crappie place. Very unhappy and I want a refund from Expedia.
