Multiple roaches as soon as we walked in and turned on lights. They were on walls and furniture. Strong smell of urine. Beddings loked nice and frint desk was friendly. Front entrance doors were locked due to security and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to show up while bell was ringing but she was very friendly

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT MY STAY WAS THE ROACHES THAT WERE IN THE ROOM. COULD NOT SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT MY CONCERNS. MY FRIEND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT SERVICE PERTAINING TO THE ROACHES!!!!

Room A/C had a large puddle under it at check in,was moved to another room both rooms had a very stale smell. Pillows were flat and 12x12" instead of normal bed pillows. Breakfast was nice.

The room was nice, clean & spacious. The issues I had was 1. The sheets on the bed had hair on them. When asked to have them change, the person on staff was unable to leave the office or have someone change them. 2. The tub, you could only take a shower. The thing on the facet didn't work. 3. The swimming pool rail was lose. All & all, it was a good stay. I would stay there again. Perhaps check in earlier.
