Check your credit card charges!!
Overall, the room was clean & safe which was all I was looking for. I paid in full in advance in July for our Oct stay. I printed out my receipt to give to the person at the desk on check in. He asked for my credit card, which I thought was for verification. The next thing I knew he ran my card without letting me know. I got an instant notification from my bank that the guy tried to charge me $850 ON TOP of what I paid in full! I was shocked & angry. I pulled up my bank statement & showed my payment. I told him if I did not get a room that I paid for, I would call my bank there on speakerphone & file a fraud claim. He instantly gave me the room key. When I woke up in the morning, I saw another attempted charge to my bank for $190! I didn't do or use anything but the restroom & shower. We were there 3 days & never had housekeeping come at all.

Wow! I had never heard of Candlewood Suites and I must say I wish I had. Most extended stays don’t have the greatest rep due to various reasons but this location is on the opposite spectrum from all the rest! It’s a newer property but very clean and the cleaners and the maintenance guy do an excellent job. It’s starts at the top with Drew, the GM and spreads throughout the property..from Valarie, Javier, Eric and every staff member have a smile and make you feel welcome. The beds are on par with high end hotels, the sheet count has to be high as they are soft and feel great..they do a great job with noise to..it’s quiet so it seems they got everything right and it shows. I’m not the only one who notices as I’ve heard plenty of other guests saying the same…this location is the blueprint that all extended type places should try to become…not sure it’s possible because they do an outstanding job. The only issue I’ve had is I’m here on business but have been paying retail prices and they annotated I was here on business, it’s been over a month since I checked in and it’s still about the same rate but I’m so happy with everything that I don’t mind paying extra if it helps keep the high level of customer service and cleanliness of the property! Keep up the good work yall! I truly have really enjoyed the stay thus far…Thank you!

I have never heard of this Brand before but I gotta say I wish I had! Extended stays can get a bad rep and often it’s warranted…this location is on the other end of the spectrum of most extended stays…it is very clean, it’s new but the staff is great and that starts at the top and throughout the property you get positive attitudes and smiles…everyone says hello and it’s genuinely like being at a place you look forward to going to. They keep great care of the property and it shows…the beds are really comfortable and sheets gotta have a high thread count because they aren’t the typical sheets at most extended places. The rooms are insulated from noise and it really seems like they got everything right. The only issue I’ve had and it’s probably my fault but I’m here on business and I’ve been paying retail, not the long term stay prices and they did mention that they would set it up as long term business stay which should result in a lower nightly rate…which would be great but I’m so happy with the place that I’m not to upset or Worried about it although everybody likes saving a little if they can but if the retail prices helps keep the customer service at the level it’s at now then it’s worth it to me! Valarie along with Javier and Eric at the front desk, the cleaning crew, particularly the maintenance guy, do an outstanding job! Keep it up yall, it is definitely noticeable and I’ve heard other guests say the same! Thank you!

Checking the guy was very pleasant and courteous. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds was comfortable. Checking out was just as pleasant. The gentleman and ladies were all friendly and pleasant.We were here on business and did not get a chance to enjoy the pool or BBQ area but if I had to stay at an hotel this would definitely be my first choice, especially the comfort for the price. I highly recommend this hotel.
