This was our first experience with Candlewood Suites and we were much impressed. After a long day's drive you don't need or want even more hassle getting to a place you can rest. The cleanliness was gold standard. I also did not expect so much space nor how quiet it was even so close to a busy interstate.

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. We had to ask the front desk. There were no carts available when we checked in but staff member was able to locate one for us. Noise from adjacent room was noticeable. Rooms are smaller than normal. Did not like the TV set up with LG channels. Staff did not seem well organized.

Staff was very kind and helpful and room was clean. Only issue the programmable thermostat, which had a bunch of miscellaneous settings that caused the thermostat to cut off at various points in the evening. Took an hour for me to sort it out.

Decent place for cost

Front desk was very nice. Room was subpar Floor wasn’t clean. Carpets felt sticky. I believe the ac unit in bedroom is actively leaking.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready, after waiting approximately 20 minutes we were able to check in and once we got to the room, housekeeping was still in there. We just asked them to leave and come back later because we had to get ready for a wedding. We got there after check in time and the room should have been ready.
