Everyone in our group (4 rooms) had trouble with their key cards everytime we entered our rooms. The pool was not cleaned or heated.

Shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty so be sure and check it before you get in and get wet. Beds are comfortable. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, waffle, maker, and bagels, cereal, orange juice, milk. Plenty of food for everyone.
