The hotel was convenient. The room/suite was very comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate and well presented. The entire staff were efficient and capable. AND especially everyone was friendly and helpful. This hotel was the best one, not luxury or resort, we have ever stayed in. We are retired and travel a great deal. We were in this area on family matters.

The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The beds were super comfy. Only negative is the breakfast wasn’t good at all. Breads/pasteries were stale. Eggs were dry. Coffee was lukewarm.

The ONLY complaint we had was that our room (102) in Flowwood, MS was right next to the back door and the constant open and closing of the door late evening and especially early morning was annoying. The room itself was lovely and comfortable but made it difficult to go to sleep and impossible to sleep “in” the next morning.

The bathroom hot water didn't get warm for almost 30 minutes. And the sounds in the night were creepy all night. I was very uneasy all night glad my husband was there until his flight left early this morning. We were very disappointed with this stay.

Pool was nasty and could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. First room had weird stuff on ceiling and the second had mold in bathroom. But staff was nice.
