The carpet on the 2nd floor had SEVERAL VERY LARGE stains; when I asked for a wash cloth it had TWO hairs on it (one very long; one shorter)-the Desk Clerk said it had just come out of the dryer-NO WAY-so I went and bought my own wash cloths a short distance away at Wal-Mart; the sheet on the sofa was dirty-it had NOT been changed. The children in the room above me were stomping in the room. One night, the person in the room next to me had their TV turned up extremely loud ALL night. The sink basin in my room was loose. The Staff persons were nice. The Hotel needs MANY, MANY upgrades!!!

The hotel needs a lot of up keep. It took me 3 rooms to be satisfied with the comfort of the room. I was not satisfied with the price I pay for 4 nights in a hotel that was not clean. I was there 4 night and no on came to clean the room. They only had bath towel not wash cloth. I had to ask for my bath towel and bring the old one down stair to get new ones. One day and night I had to use the stairs, the elevator was out. The only thing was good was the breakfast.

The check in staff was very pleasant. She moved my room as the original room had animal hair all over the floors and furniture. The same lady was nice to change our towels the 2nd day as nobody brought us fresh towels after we turned in the dirty ones. The same lady didn't mind reprogramming our keycards 2x and walk to our room to ensure they worked after the 3rd time of me going to report they didn't work.

Overall my stay was nice, excellent check in service. Only bad thing was my room toilet was out of orders and was never fixed. I did report before I left.

Tv remote was broken- couldn’t get volume control on tv or turn off or on what’s going on too much tree cover Went to desk and asked if could get another/ said didn’t have any. Then went to get in bed and they had a double bed sheet on king bed! No hand towels had to call desk to bring.

The pool was green with algae. No toilet paper, towels or shampoo, no bedding for pull out sleeper sofa. Needed to make multiple trips downstairs for these items. Blackout shades were partially broken and had to be rigged to close properly. Worst hotel stay in my lifetime.

I booked and paid online. Prior to me doo g that I called to ci firm availability. When I arrived, I was informed that they no longer had the room I paid for. Because I had been traveling all day I accepted what was offered. When I went into the room, the bathroom was not clean, the room only had 3 towels, 2 large towels and 1 washcloth, the bed felt like we were sleeping on springs. I normally don’t complain but this was awful. The aesthetics are nice. But I would give the comfortability a 2, with grace!

This way my second visit at this property. This visit way awful. And I’ve called multiple times to ask for a refund only to keep being transferred. I checked after 2pm on June 7th and checked out before 10pm on the same night! You can literally smell the stench soon as you walk in. It’s mold somewhere or maybe all over that room. I sat in that red chair to only develop a terrible a headache. I didn’t touch the bedding or anything else. Went in the bathroom and growing black mold is at the top of the ceiling in the tub. I had to leave because and find somewhere else to stay.

Staff was very rude. We booked a king suite with a pullout bed. We called the front desk and asked for a sheet, comforter and pillows for our children. Staff reported that they did not supply extra linen for the suite pulled out beds. She had the worst attitude. Our room was not the cleanest and the bathroom was terrible. Pool was green and nasty. We will never book with this property again.
