Demolition in front of hotel, not one crin hotel parking lot, no one at front desk (unmanned, you have to call a number, and wait up to 5 Poor lighting in area. Did not check in, called Expedia via chat, they said up to hotel to accept cancel). Waited again for a man to come back to front desk…he says I didn’t check you in so you won’t be charged). We went elsewhere

We arrived at 8:30 pm and were told our room was not ready. It had not been cleaned yet. It would be 10 to 15 minutes. It took approximately 30 minutes before we are in our room with no apologies from staff. They said they just got kind of busy and forgot we had paid for our room over a week in advance to wait in the lobby coming back from the wedding exhausted and tired

Was a terrible night. Barely got sleep because they rented a room across from me to a person with a loud barking dog, all night for hours. Never had an experience like that

This property has declined since the pictures were taken. The pool was clearly not in use for a while and the fitness center was dirty. The sheets and towels were stained. The bathroom had broken light fixtures and could have used a deep clean. We were very disappointed in our stay.

The property was dirty, I booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe king room and got a full instead the room keys didn’t work I had to go the the front dest 3 times to reactivate them, the pool, hot tub and gym were all closed for maintenance the vending machines were all out of stock the room smelled of smoke and mold the curtains were missing so the light outside shined in the room all night and no one came to clean the room or replace towels and toiletries the sheets were stained I do not recommend booking here

There were stains on the bath towels and a pillow. The heating unit didn’t work so we had to switch. Hallways had debris on the carpet. The drawers on the dresser would not stay shut, so there they constantly open

We were suppose to be here for a 3 day business trip for my husband. They cut it to one night. Hotel wouldn’t give us a refund, manager said it wasn’t his problem they have a contract to follow. Our room smelt awful, the tub didn’t drain, toilet didn’t flush, and the sheets were nasty. And the air in our room didn’t work it didn’t go below 76 in the room even with a fan on that we bought. Definitely will never stay here again, one of the worst hotels I ever been to. Vending machines were out of order as well, ice machines out of order, and pool. Nothing worked!

Dirty carpet with area of dried substance 6” across, no ice in the ice machine on the third floor, no vending machine that worked on the third floor fire detector was beeping all day and night, stairwell was utilized through the night for cigarette smokers that were going down the stairwell from the third floor to the outside in the back. No TV remote had to ask desk clerk, desk, clerk, constantly on telephone breakfast with a joke round, scrambled egg and waffle. No machines were working for water juice, etc. no yogurt no milks terrible will not be back.
