The room was neglected. The sheets and bed were clean, but thats about it. There was dog/cat food in the corner by the bed, animal hair all over the base of the bed, and moldy caulk around the base of the shower. The light in the bathroom was not working so they put in a lamp, the curtain was busted so we had to finagle it to get it closed for privacy, and a mouse trap outside our room door. It looked like the carpets had not been vacuumed in days/weeks, and the walkways were not properly cleared of ice and snow for safe walking to and from hotel. My one child slipped and fell, my other child was crying because she didn't want to stay in the room, my daughter in law had an allergy attack because of the animal hair/mold. At the desk when we checked in there was a sign: ice machine on third floor out of order, the vending machines, out of order, the pool under maintenance. For the price I paid, was expecting a little more.

After checking in first rooms heat didnt work. Second room lamp didnt work and bed was awful. We went to tell the front desk and had to wait 40 more mins to get established in another room but after waiting for him to get done arguing with a customer that couldnt pay. I just paid 140$ for this w my dogs. Was given the light bulb to change myself. Took from 4 to 630 pm to finally settle in. At 1030 pm someone walks into our room im guessing house keeping as they were still in room's. No sorry no nothing. 1 am my room key isnt working anymore. I will never and i do mean never stay here again. I have a huge following on social media and will be warning others as well not too. This is my third stay and this was the worst. They didnt even offer to make anything right. Despicable

No shower curtain, pool was closed, breakfast very disappointed. Fire alarm goes off at 6am. Kids running above us all night. Smelled like marijuana. Not good front desk service.

This place was horrible. Garbage piled up in hallways everywhere; free breakfast was a joke - what they had was inedible and they ran out of everything each morning: no milk, no fresh bread, no oj, no waffles. The room was clean, but the toilet was clogged for the entire stay; the bathtub had no safety strips; there was no service for my entire stay. Terrible long-term housing residents who partied all night and played BB in the hallways and in the room above me. Worst experience ever.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate and well attended to. The hallways and stairwell smelled of stale smoke. The floors could use extra vacuuming. The bathtub area could use some maintenance, as there was mildew on the ceiling and caulking, which needs to be redone. The listing should be changed to reflect that the pool area in closed for maintenance. There were several items around the hotel that are also out of order, which is discouraging.

Pool was closed. Fitness room was closed. Breakfast was quite underwhelming. Homeless people were camped out in the back staircase charging phones. The second floor smelled of cigarette smoke.

The place smelled like mildew. One ice machine on the first is all that worked. Same w the vending machines. Carpet looked like it was 30yrs old. We had to get our key card renewed daily because they were worried that someone else might get in our room. Not sure how or why that would be a problem.

The room was great as was the staff. My problem was I was told to leave my credit card number to book the room and when I arrived I could use any means of payment I chose but they would not allow me to pay cash. They said my card had already been charged and they couldn’t change it.
