Clean place to sleep if that’s all you’re doing.

The room was clean and beds were comfy. The area was quiet. Although it says breakfast served, there was a sign on the kitchen door saying it wasn’t. There were a few pieces of fruit out, cereal and a couple pieces of bread/bagels. Average at best. Pool wasn’t in service.

They listed the price $62 and $68 total but charged me $136. Thats double the price. The guy refuse to fix it. The hotel didn't even have a sign on it. I was saying at a better one for $115. Why would i change for more? Make that make sense

I believe the property is in the process of changing hands so not everything (the pool) was up and running. However, the staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean - and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that I slept very well! There was an abandoned restaurant with graffiti that was an eyesore in front of the hotel so hopefully someone will buy that and fix it up because the rest of the neighborhood was fine. I would recommend the hotel for cleanliness and a comfortable room and bed.

Hotel Doesn't Even Exist in Jackson

Upon arrival I learned there is no Countryside Inn and Suites in Jackson, Michigan. It wasn't the best experience.

The beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The pool looked perfectly fine and we were told it was down for maintenance. That’s why we booked our stay and there was no evidence of maintenance. Don’t advertise a waffle station and not have waffles.

Room was not ready, cleaned… next room they put us in was absolutely filthy, third room we went to was better but still nasty and filthy. Blood and other stains on the shower curtain and mold could clearly be seen. We left a day early and manager said they’d refund my money.
