Well for starters when you do the pre-check-in they ask for your credit card but it doesn't exist when you actually check in cuz then they charge your card again. Second, my or rather the hotel representative had a really bad odor to him. Your customer service you should smell pleasant. Look pleasant. Be happy with your job. It was none of those. Third, the AC in our hotel room was super loud so it made it unbearable to sleep. Sometimes you know it was just really loud and noisy. They didn't explain the charges or the rates up. You know in a decent manner like it was a little hard to understand. And finally the site says that there is breakfast included. The only thing I got for breakfast was a honey bun and a coffee that is not breakfast. I'm so sorry but that is not breakfast and I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. It's overcharged customer service fails and the breakfast that they're supposed to have sucks.
