The property was great the only thing was that the indoor pool and hot tub were super dirty. You couldn't see the bottom of either. I turned the hot tub on and bubbles from people's dirt started to form.

The staff is friendly and the food is good. The hot tub was cold and filthy. Our room was spacious, but the carpet and sofa were both old and in desperate need of a shampoo.

I booked this hotel for the hot tub, which was unusable due to cleanliness. There wasn't much water pressure and the water is so hard I was unable to wash the soap off. Besides that, the place is pretty decent and comes at a cheap price.

Terrible Customer Service

Due to thunderstorms my flight connecting in Houston to Jackson MS was cancelled. My only option was to rent a car and drive the 6 plus hours from Houston to Jackson for my business meeting at 7:30am. I immediately called the hotel and told them of my situation, they said my reservation was good until 2am. I told them my GPS said I would be arriving by 2:15am, the female I spoke to said that would be OK. I arrived at the hotel at 2:10am and the front lobby was locked and no one answered the buzzer. I called the hotel directly from my cell phone and again, no answer. So, at 2 in the morning I was forced to drive around and find a new hotel. Horrendous customer service. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I was not told that the hotel itself closed at 2am - which is odd - what if one of the hotel guests needed help with something......? Was no one manning the front desk all night? Book somewhere else.

This hotel was amazing! It was a last minute booking because I was originally going to stay at a Best Western but this was by far the better choice! Definitely 10/10 recommend for anyone. They provided breakfast AND dinner AND gave 3 free drink vouchers for anyone 21+
