The hotel was fine. Although the TV did not work and we waited forever to be relocated to a new room since the front desk was busy with check ins. Also it would be good to know that there is a $200 deposit for third party reservations. I think that was the part that bothered me the most.

Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. The first room they gave us smelled like an old dirty refrigerator. The second room wasn’t much cleaner. There was a party going on till 3 AM. The people at the front desk were ordering drugs from their friends. When we decided to check out the next morning, the hotel refused to refund the rest of our stay. Expedia also refused to refund the rest of our stay.

Staff was rude, pool was closed (even though we were told on check-in that it was open), fire alarms went off at 4am for 30 seconds and stopped…no one seemed to know what was going on, with anything. My daughter has a severe allergy and the employees in charge of breakfast had no idea what the ingredients were for anything. I had chosen this hotel for breakfast and the pool, neither of which we were really able to utilize. The room itself was ok. Everything just a little bit dingy/old, but clean-ish. It was a very disappointing stay. When I approached staff, they didn’t seem like they could care less about any of it. We will be staying elsewhere next year.

Stay was great. Service was great and the rooms were clean. The only two issues that I had were that, there was a lot of noise because kids were running in and out of their room. The second issue was that there were a group of men who were bbq like it was a tailgate. They brought their own grill and everything. It looked unsettling especially since the hotel next door was torn down and the wreckage was still there.
