Room 210 the living room AC unit made an awful noise. Plug in outlet in a kitchen cabinet was just laying in the cabinet, wasn’t in the wall. Moved to room 218, it had a horrible smell. Mold in the bathroom. Shower door wasn’t secured properly. Carpet stains throughout the suite. The halls smelled so strong of weed our entire stay.

Staff was friendly but the condition of the building was very poor. Elevator panels were hanging on with one bolt. In my room in the bathroom the door stop was broken so the door had been opened into the wall. Light fixture was missing and wires hanging out. AC unit was not working properly and could not be controlled from the wall. Lamp shades were missing bare bulb only.

The staff was great! Very professional and helpful. Air conditioner fan was extremely loud and annoying. We asked to be moved but all rooms were the same. Desperately needs upgrade. It showed it was given a rating of 9, I’d say more like a 4.
