The rooms and staff was great. But the after hours people at the bar, had all the decent parking that should have been for paying customers. We had to park around the parameters of the hotel, someone tried to break in car. Had to get a locksmith cause vehicle went into theft mode.

Reserved a king bed. Clear in the reservation. Told we are out of king beds. I reserved and paid for a king. Told you can have two queens, no offer of any compensation or even a sorry. What good are reservations when you don't honor them?
