The staff was amazing !!! The restroom bath top of ceiling painting was peeling off. .The back of the bed the wood was coming apart. The restroom needed a bit more cleaning . Stains on the sofa that could have easily been sponged off was still there. I will come back because I love the staff. Good and safe place to stay.

Tonya was a wonderful associate and helped make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Only thing that would help is additional roll-in beds because even though I was told I could ask for one, the night shift desk associate had no idea and had never seen one. Hopefully this mix-up is cleared up but great stay nonetheless.

i booked the hotel at 10:00 pm and arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes later and was told at 11:45 that the hotel had cancelled my reservation. the hotel did not call me or email me. my amex card has been charged also. this is totally unacceptable. their excuse: “you booked this through a third party and we did not have your contact information”. i will not use expedia again

We weren't aware we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels and tissue. They didn't clean the room or provide towels the whole time of our visit. No coffee provided afternoon pr evenings.

Horrible!!!!

Once I arrived, I was put in a dirty room that the house keeper said had been dirty since Friday. When me and my kids went in , I told them that it wasn’t clean. Before we turned around and walked out good, the housekeeper was opening the door with the master key. I went down stairs to report it. They assigned me to another room that wasn’t clean. I went and reported again. The housekeeper manager had an attitude, but it wasn’t my fault. The room I finally got, the phone was not working and the toilet had a leak. I will never stay there again and I’m going to report them to the corporate office.

Everything about the hotel was great. It was very clean, staff was courteous, everything went very well. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there wasn't waffles for breakfast, which is a very small thing.
