The manager had no customer service skills. When we arrived the tv did not work. Maintenance had to replace a cable. The refrigerator did not work and had to be replace. There was no one who could help my 77 year old wife get on the wifi service offered. The telephone said we were in room 106 when actually we were in room 229. Front desk day people need to learn customer service instead of running to the GM who basically put his finger in my wife's face and told her to either shut up or he would have us escorted off the property. The list goes on but these are some of the highlights of our stay. The property is beautiful but the majority of the staff we encountered need better training. The Maintenace man I think his name was Jerome was the highlight of our stay as he actually knew how to handle the situations thrown at him and did it professionally and with a smile. I would not recommend anyone stay here until the people directly working with the customers who pay their salaries know how to interact.
