It was a family trip. Overall, it was a good stay. Room wasn't cleaned one day. So there was extra trash in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially with the extra dirty towels.When I needed extra towels, they were provided. I didn't like the tub. The bottom of it seemed worn or covered with something that bothered my feet. The breakfast was OK. Good hot coffee. Friendly staff.

A unfair charge
Room was not cleaned when entering had strawberry stems on floor and counter was dirty I also Was charged 50 dollars for a clean up fee and stayed 2 days no one checked to change the towels and bed sheets called and asked why I was being charged says that confetti was left on the floor? I never had this issue I always keep my room tidy due to having to stay a few days I had to to go to front desk to get fresh towels nice hotel was not a big deal about the minor things till they charged me an extra cleaning fee? When the room was not properly clean my first initial entrance.

Excellent place to stay!!!
Great reception! Attentive to our needs. We stayed in the 2 Bed Suite. It was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There lounge chair was an unexpected but very welcomed surprise. The breakfast was sausage patties (pork and turkey), eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, a pancake maker, various oatmeal to-go options, and some other things. I will definitely go back!!!

Only thing a tornado warning sirens went off guest was asking for information about what to do and the receptionist or clerk said they didn’t know needed to call someone for information. I felt that their should have been some kind of emergency protocol
