The bed was very uncomfortable to sit in and watch tv although sleeping was ok. Also the seat in the bathtub had black mold in the crevices where the slat meets the frame underneath.

Window had a big crack in it! Window wouldn’t lock. Loud oscillator fans need to be oiled, very loud! Needs more towels in room. And it would be nice if they had some bottled water. Breakfast was ok. For the price it would of been nice if they had bottled water!

Everything was good. My daughter had an issue with the shower curtain but it was changed without me even asking. TV shut off intermittently and I reported it on the last day. Not a big deal. Staff was friendly and we were happy with our stay

Very friendly staff. Front desk representative Mandy was so helpful, and she is such a great employee. Great breakfast with many excellent options. The hotel is in a safe area, and lots of restaurants nearby.

This is our second stay here in 2 years. This time the beds were still too hard, the lamp on next to the bed strobbed, there was mold and soap scum around the shower, the shower did not get hot until 20 minutes later, and there was still trash in the room from previous stayers. The floors were dirty, our socks were turning black. Staff was super nice and is in a good location, easy to get to.
