Good location. Quiet. Received bottled water at check-in. Elevators not working. Room was on first floor. Bathroom toilet not clean. Sink not clean. Bed box spring broken. Every move creates noise. Terrible experience with no sleep.

Clean and comfy

Nice can clean room. Comfortable beds. Elevator was out of service, and we were on the third floor, so that was kind of a pain, but overall, it was a nice stay and worth a return stay on our next trip to the area.

This isnt the 1st issue they have had in a matter of days the worker said. They had a line bust and sediment was ckming out of the water. They said there was nothing they could do but yet are still renting the rooms out. Also the elevator didnt work and others had thwir toliets backing up

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. When we arrived, they told us the elevator was not working. But, they quickly moved us to the ground floor. We thought the breakfast was amazing

From the room, we could hear TV, conversations, and footseps in neighboring rooms. It was a pretty full house, so the noise level was as expected. We had a lovely tree-shaded view overlooking a hill and there was no highway road noise. I appreciated the light-blocking shades! The hot breakfast was well-stocked, and the fancy new grind-and-brew coffee was a nice touch.
