HORRIBLE STAY!!!
One of the worst stays I have ever had at any property. I woke up the next morning with no water to flush the toilet, shower or brush my teeth. I checked with the front desk and they are aware that there are issues with low water pressure or no water at all from time to time. They didn’t apologize or offer me any type of compensation. I have stayed at this property multiple times before and never encountered this type of problem or attitude from the staff. I reached out to Hotels.com for assistance and they tried to contact the manager, NO RESPONSE! I travel to the area several times a year for business meetings and will never stay there again! I will also let my colleagues know of this situation and lack of response!

Hmmm….
Front desk personnel were not as helpful or knowledgeable as expected. Daily housekeeping wasn’t available, had to request linen changes and paper items. We decided to check out at 5am and front desk personnel wasn’t at the front desk and found asleep at a desk located in a section behind the reception area. Curtain room divider shown in online site photos was missing and we were told that it missing for safety reasons. The kitchen area in our room was great and was the highlight of our stay!

Elevator terror
The elevator was not working at check-in. We had to wait for the elevator to be "reset". When we did finally get on the elevator, we traveled to the 4th floor where our room was, the elevator began to violently shake and smoke. The doors did finally open and we were able to make it to our room. We called the front desk, who did not seem very interested. Needless to say, we took the stairs down the next morning, checked out, and will never be checking in there again.
