Fridge in room was frozen over and could not be used. We could not get extra towels because they did not have any. We had to use towels to clean up water from the fridge defrosting. Since we could not get towels, we had to go buy some. Air did not work well. Did not have a do not disturb sign for door.

They do not have microwaves in the rooms, they do not clean the rooms daily. Had to ask for extra towels twice, inside of toilet bowel was dirty. The breakfast was a 1, hard pre-prepared waffles, undercooked sausage, the staff has a nonchalant attitude when you ask a question. This hotel has potential but is lacking in many ways.

Overall not the best stay

It is a very nice hotel but not kept up very well in our quick experience. Our fam of 6 enjoyed the good amount of space, but lacked some general upkeep. Sink stopped up. Stepped in puddle of dripping AC in the morning. holes in wall where should have been TP holder. Could not get extra blanket for pull out bed. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was friendly.

The room was not serviced the two days I there, had to request towels the two days, no shower mat, I slipped, I had to put a towel down to stop me from falling, no microwaves in room, the ice bucked came apart and leak water on desk soaking my things. front desk didn't know where laundry room located, couldn't have laundry coins billed to my room I to go around asking for cash because it was all they would take, who carry cash! And the icing on the cake the desk clerk would not service me because I put the money on the desk, she said she would not service me until I pick the money up and put it in her hands, what! Oh, I made reservations in March my stay was in July, my reservation was not reserved, and I had printed confirmation, so I was late for my meeting until they figure something out. I thought by staying at the Hyatt Place in Ridgeland, Mississippi that I would get the best, but I was disappointed!

Rose were small and dark. The floors were damp. The water pressure was very low. I had to ask twice for a clean towels on a two day stay. On the first morning for breakfast the cafeteria ran out of salt. For the price I paid I we’ll not stay there again.

Was not happy with the room. After driving a great distance and arriving late evening there was no TV connection. And the wooden furnishings were quite tattered. Didn’t expect such wear and tear. We requested a different room. We moved only to have the same conditions in the second room. Do not plan to stay at the Hyatt Place again.

This hotel need to be remodel this not a 5 star hotel base on the name Hyatt so step up your game Hyatt in Jackson Ms... The bathroom, pool and breakfast was very bad for the Hyatt hotel...
