I ordered a meal delivered to the hotel before I arrived because I knew it would be too late to get dinner. I have confirmation from the restaurant delivery service that they delivered it to the reception desk as requested, but I was told it was not there when I arrived. I am very disappointed and hungry.

A good experience, especially if you are staying for just one night. Pros: great indoor pool, air conditioner worked great, good amount for breakfast, property was easy to locate, very nice staff, easy to check out. The location is close to lots of shopping and eating options. Cons: room was a bit on the small side (the bathroom was small enough it was a challenge to shut the door), facilities all around seemed on the small side (lobby, snack bar store, etc.)

The hotel was okay. It looked worse than the pictures showed. It was old fashioned and the website did not show the outdated bathrooms (of course). The pillows were awfully small and not of good quality. The sofa bed was nasty. The quality of the rooms were outdated. And there was a party that was down stairs and you could hear the loud music from out room-214. That woke us up. I would not stay here again.

The location was fine. Easy to get to. The floor in my room was not clean. The staff was not responsive. The fire alarm went off around 430am. No staff was around. No fire response was noted from the fire department. No explanation was given. There needs to be coffee at all times available. It was a mediocre stay.

Loud Air Conditioner

We stayed one night for a tennis tournament. Checking in was a smooth process. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not. We did like that the couch folds out to provide an additional bed. It was suitable for children, but an adult would not be comfortable. The bathtub did not have a drain stopper. The air conditioner was also extremely loud.
