The location was excellent for easy access to I 20. The place was clean and friendly. My small dog was happy with the surroundings as well. It was a pleasant stay.

I found an earring on the floor in the room when we walked in. The staff was friendly but did not follow through on sending email receipt as they said they would do. Coffee cups had an issue with the bottoms falling out and coffee spilling all over us, and they said they had this problem before. The pumps in the bathroom for the body wash were empty so there was no soap for showering. There was no regular coffee packets in the room and there was no filter holder to hold the coffee packet for the 1 decaf coffee packet that was left.

Smells not appealing in a hotel

The lobby smelled of body odor or really bad cleaner. The room also smelled of bad cleaner. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with many options.
