The bed was uncomfortable but the room was nice and spacious. Did not have much of a view all you saw was the back fence. The breakfast in the morning was so so. There was no muffins or fruit or hard boiled eggs.

Does the job for us and our doggy.
Visited this motel before. It has been updated a little, we stayed in a separate part of the complex so that was good. We brought our dog, and she was very happy. Lots of areas to eat are close by. Fast food and a couple of restaurants. It filled our needs for a nice night of rest from the wine country. Nice swimming pool.

Cheap but the FDA needs to check them out!
This place was a shame. The room was recently remodeled and very large! However, very dirty. The floors need to be WASHED bad. Not just dusted. There was dirt smooshed into the floors *everywhere*. Also multiple hairs in every towel. It's clear that the cleaning service there doesn't replace things.. they go in, gauge whether they think something was used or not, and hang it up. Here's how I know this (get ready to throw up). The breakfast... rather than putting out new items, they reuse everything. I mean everything. Those one time use butter packs? Yeah.. they took what people didn't use and ADDED IT BACK to the pile. SAME THING WITH COFFEE CREAMER PACKS. I don't want to judge the 'culture' of the person running it but I kid you not, I told my wife it was going to be that way before we even walked in. The pancake batter was legit vomit worthy. My guess is they just had been reusing the same stuff day after day after day. We brought up the cleanliness to the guy at the desk but he didn't seem to understand (his English was very broken). Nice guy and all but, he just doesn't understand what people look for.. his standard for things like food are not our standards. Needless to say we got out of there as quick as we got in. Could it have been worse? Yes, so that's why I rated it 2 and not 1 star. But it's just a bummer - after their interior remodel - they have an opportunity to make this place MUCH better than it is.. they need new staff!

They love dogs
We chose this place because we had our dog with us. The room is very large and is comfortable for us. Our dog enjoyed it other people had dogs. The manager and his wife are very nice and we had great conversations with them.

Property is older and not the cleanliest. Bathroom was dirty. Walls are thin and you can hear everything that takes place in rooms adjacent to yours. Cute town but, not much nightlife. We stayed here due to the proximity to the wineries.
