A good overall stay
The staff was very nice, check in and out went smoothly. The room didn't look vacuumed and there was a slight odor. Everything else was clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable. Not much offered for breakfast.

The 2 men at the desk went over and beyond to accommodate us with the needs we had do to disabilities and our caregiver traveling with us. They were very courteous and made our stay good.

We drove 9hrs and went to check in at 8pm and our room was not ready and it was going to be another 30min. The bathroom door would not shut because it was broke, black spots in bathtub and room smelled musty

A good nights stay
My overall stay was good the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean the only mishap was that my comforter had blood stains which was resolved very quickly!

Good place for the costs. Fairly clean but one can tell that upgrades are being made. I found no concerning issues as the bed were comfortable, the temperature was comfortable and all amenities were up to par. It was kind of weird to have a coffee maker on the bathroom counter?? Shout out to Mark who helped with checking in. Cool guy and very pleasant to work with. Thanks Mark…🤘

Call in advance to the actual hotel if you book through hotels.com. We got there spoke to the receptionist and gave him the itinerary number And he could not find our reservation but see everything confirmed on my phone. Long story short they had 13 people wait to get in a room for 30-40 minutes for the receptionist to make phone calls about why he’s not seeing it on his end just to hang up after the first phone call to make another one to someone else. Which would have taken up more time

Overall,the place is a little over the hill. Musty smell, shower leaked (sprayed water on the ceiling). Breakfast selection way below other places I have stayed.
