If I could give this property a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. It was exceptional. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, the room was very clean and well decorated and breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely visit again.

When we arrived, the concierge was Nancy, who was very helpful throughout our entire stay. Our room was clean and was cleaned every day. We got a small box of chocolates and a handwritten note in our room upon arrival which was a nice touch. The spa was under renovations when we were there. Not a deal breaker, as they did have alternate arrangements with another spa. Breakfast was included and was very good. We also had dinner in their restaurant, the service and food were good. Common areas were very cozy and relaxing. The veranda was nice with a fire pit going every night. We stayed from Monday to Friday, and noticed that the town of Jackson is pretty much closed from Monday to Wednesday. However, there are other venues close to the hotel, North Conway is just a short drive and has many venues such as department and grocery stores, restaurants, and tourist activities.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. On our way out one of the days, the staff person asked where we were headed, and she made sure we had been offered one of the coupons the Inn had for where we were headed. The room size was exceptional, and onsite dining was very good. The porch features a wonderful view of the mountains while you dine. Looking forward to returning very soon!

Beautiful stay

This is a beautiful well-maintained Inn. Friendly welcoming staff, beautiful location. Breakfast is a fabulous way to start your day. We have stayed here in the past and will probably stay here again. This was our first time staying in a cottage, and although we like the amenities and thought it was darling, there were no drawers or anywhere to place clothing items For staying multiple days. Check in process was a little rough, as the room was not ready as scheduled, and there was a miscommunication regarding what time the room would actually be ready. I thought the Inn keeper did a good job of handling a very difficult situation by giving us a credit toward the room. There seems to be some issues with short staffing here with the end not the restaurant. Having said that it’s a beautiful place with wonderful staff and we would return.

Your hotel is amazing and we loved the peaceful atmosphere and the luxury touches . Our dinner was wonderful. Only only criticism was the pillows. My wife likes softer flatter pillows and had to use the bed blanket as the pillows were too firm.
