The property is clean and good value for the money. I would stay again if I were in the Jackson Hole area. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There was no fitness facility as advertised. They had arrangement for off site facility however were unable to accommodate 2 people. The sauna jets had very poor power. Very poor advertising! We had chosen this facility for it’s fitness/spa!

The hotel was nice. Not walkable to town square but a short drive. We used the pool which was well kept and towels there to use and plenty of chairs and loungers. Also had grills next to the pool for use. Room was clean and had a kitchen. Would stay again.

Do not stay at this place, for the price it’s an absolute dumpster. The bed was tiny and loud, shower was broken. For the price, there should be better amenities, a better mattress. This is a profit over customers place

If you want to check in early, unlike any other hotel in America, it’s $50, most hotels just allow you to check in as long as your room is ready. Our door doesn’t shut properly there is a 1/4 inch gap where the door should seal but it doesn’t. The room is cute, bunkbeds, which we weren’t expecting but they are growing on us. Has a full fridge , microwave, sink, dishes, etc.

I was shocked that I paid so much for this place. It was an old motel and not hotel. It was so small with full bed and night stands only. No chairs or desk even. The bed wasn’t even a queen for two people and it was hard. I paid the price of $313. I’m not even paying that for my 5 star hotels.

Cheapest hotel I could find in Jackson. As the city is small, South Jackson is close by. I had the room with 2 full bunks for one person. The walls are thin though and the girls next to me were loud.

Mostly just ok - overpriced

The room was quite small - although clean with housekeeping service each day. We were on a short trip to Jackson to do hiking and sightseeing. No tissues in the room at all (although I was able to grab a few loose tissues from a box in the main office). The air conditioner was quite loud - the room was stuffy and I had to turn it off bc we could not sleep with the rattling. Otherwise the room served our purpose
