I loved this property because check in was easy, it was clean and the ease to the room was great! I would have like to have had a restaurant/bar or snack area which there was not = the staff was nice, courteous and professional but they left out some details that would have help...otherwise we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Only wish the lounge and restaurant was open, but front desk lady recommended Luka's which was also very good. The 'private' impromptu concert from an amazing 13 year old pianist made it a truly special experience.

Only one drawback to a perfect stay...it would have been nice if the resturant/bar was open inside the hotel otherwise it was a wonderful stay and perfect trip! Would definately stay there again!

A Real Jewel
This is a wonderful old hotel which maintains the feel of days gone by. Room was small with antique furniture but had all the amenities you need. Modern bath, very clean and warm friendly staff to help with any of my needs. Highly recommend.

Loved the historical decor throughout the hotel. The location was right in downtown Jackson so very convenient for eats and shopping. It is also within 30 minutes of many ver fine wineries. The staff was wonderful.

Cool 100 year old building. Room is small but nice. Small bathroom. Good wifi and tv selections. Ok breakfast, mainly packaged items. Neighbors has some restaurants close but also some neglected properties

Right in downtown Jackson
A bit awkward to get into and park at the hotel. Hotel in the middle of a big change; restaurant was closed and being used as a storage area for mattresses and new furniture. Bathrooms have all be upgraded and are modern.

Great hospitality.
I recently shattered my ankle in an accident and ice packs are a must for me to manage swelling. The staff were exceedingly hospitable helping us store the ice packs.

Great place to stay!
Our stay was awesome, as always. This is our hotel of choice in the area. Always clean! Comfy bedding, very pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast options. Nearby parking. Love walking to the shops and places to eat in town. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.
