We were arriving late but the front desk manager was super nice and helpful. We had no trouble finding our room quick and everything was clean.

I enjoyed the great nights sleep. In the morning there was a family with 3 children running around & screaming VERY loudly at breakfast. No one from staff asked them to step outside or settle down their unruly children. Many customers were dismayed; yet no one on staff handled the situation.

The property is very nice and location was perfect for our purpose of baseball at Union University. The only thing tht was a negative upon check in is that there was NO luggage carts to carry things to room and staff walked the halls looking for them to find NONE. Funny thing is, we appeared to be the only ones checking in and parking lot was very empty. Anyway, so far so good other than that.

Not 5 star but a good stay...

Upon arrival I stood in the lobby waiting to be checked in for 10 minute, before anothe customer came in and went around the corner to locate the desk clerk, he was pleasant young man. I was disappointment not being able to get on the internet to work as its not a secure platform, that set me back for the night I was there. The room was clean, would not pick that side as it was dacing the interstate and so my sleep was broken. Over all it was a good stay.
