One month old property; front staff super nice and efficient. Had an issue with our TV not switching channels (Rm 229) and we were immediately relocated to a new room and everything was in working order. We had a two bed with kitchenette. Lots of cubbies for storage in the kitchen, room & bathroom. There is a tub and shower. Tub sits high so a big step over the sides of the tub to get in. No breakfast at this facility, workout room with treadmill, two bikes, & weightlifting tower; no pool; plenty of parking and well lit; one elevator. This property is priced well.

Basic no frills hotel

No frills hotel, hotel is brand new..comfortable beds, clean. Just a place to sleep and shower. No breakfast, I’m okay with. No ice machine. Staff only on hand 9am-11pm.

This is a new facility so everything is in pristine condition. All features of my room functioned as they should, but I would bring a black sheet to cover the window if you plan to sleep in, as the horizontal louvered blinds allow lots of sunlight to illuminate the room very early!!! Clerk who checked me in was very professional, and that was my only interaction with staff.

Very clean but things to work on

Very clean but there are a few items that would improve the stay: *The TV needs to default to HDMI-1; most people will not figure this out. *The motion activated light in restroom turns off too quickly; I took my shower in the dark. *The fancy coffee machine in lobby only dispenses regular coffee. *No ice machine

Great Hotel

We are very happy we chose Woodspring Suites, definately worth every penny. The rooms are nice, clean and big and the beds are very comfy.

Good for the price new extend a stay hotel

The hotel is an extended stay hotel. Don’t Expect A Breakfast At All unless you order delivery. The staff was very professional. The hotel is clean. It was good for the price.

Everything was new, check in easy - had prepaid, beds were fine. Room spacious.a mirror over the desk would be nice. But definitely a great deal and a great stay. Will pick this again for sure.

The property was a great value for one night. It had just opened and was clean and the bed was comfortable. The blinds gave some screen from the parking lot lights but some blackout curtains would have helped. The window AC was a little on the loud side and the floor remained damp after showering, even in the main area. Over all the room was an excellent value and served our purpose for rest during a long road trip.

Brand new as of July 2025

Brand new hotel as of this week. Staff still learning the check in process. Need to put hand towels in the rooms and really need a key drop off box at the front. Lobby is locked up like Ft Knox from 10 pm to who knows when. No breakfast at all, not even an apple or banana. Very clean since it is new.
