Needs to be supervised and checked.
The room was dirty, bathroom had hair everywhere, the dirt on the floor was pushed up next to wall. Asked for towels for 2 days, they didn’t have any clean. Had 4 towels in room, 1 towel was filthy and folded up, the bath mat was grungy. This room was very disgusting!! Really no towels??? This place needs supervision & housekeeping needs to be trained o. Our bed was broken. No towels in hotel. Had to wait til next day to shower. Room was not serviced while we were there. Had to ask for toilet paper. Room smelled like something died in room. Was nothing like the pictures on line. Staff was polite. Pool was filthy. Could not use
