Would rate a 5, but was really annoyed by having to post a $50 "breakage fee". Then had to make 2 extra trips to the front desk to report "as found" materiel discrepencies, so I would not be charged for them. If a guest is going to be posted for a "breakage fee", the property should be certified PERFECT prior to guest occupancy. So much for Holiday Inn Express and advertised and implied guest intelligence.

I was very surprised that this place carries the Best Western brand. Rooms were filthy, smelled of smoke, run down. We checked in and immediately checked out. The front desk was not helpful at all. They still charged me for the entire stay. I would NOT recommend this motel.

very deceiving
the property was under remodeling when we arrived which we were not told or made aware of when booking or even paying for rhe room. smell of paint and wallpaper glue in the hallway, all the old furniture was in the parking area which looked very trashy our shower had a huge crack on the wall which we were not told of and the neighborhood was not very appealing compared to the photos on website. no we will not be staying at this hotel again. wish i would of took photos
