A great low cost place to stay. Everything was fairly modern, clean, and staff were friendly. Only weird thing is no soap is provided except the body wash in the locked dispenser in the shower, so bring your own soap I guess.

Dirtiest stay so far; but not too bad.

As a multi-stay guest of this hotel (since it's opening), I've come to expect a level of cleanliness that was completely absent from this stay. NORMALLY, the rooms are spotless, very clean, and I don't have to worry about anything. This was not the case this time. There were hairs in the bathtub and sink, lint on one of the beds, dried resident on the stovetop, and fingerprints on the end table. Also, the computer chair had some type of hair in it as well. I was sick so I didn't ask for another room. This is an opportunity for growth. You don't put guests in unclean rooms. The rest of the stay was pleasant and up to par with the many other stays. I feel the housekeeping is getting lazy. I'd hate to see this hotel drop the ball on it's reputation.

The hotel is great. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Staff is very friendly, convenient location, very clean, good size rooms, quiet, many dining option near by. Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

I love this place

I absolutely love this hotel. This is my third stay with them and every time I need a hotel in Jacksonville, I will always choose them. The rooms are nice, clean, the staff is accommodating, the hotel is quiet, and the proce is right.

The hotel and room was great but the service not so much. No one can in to make my bed, clean my room, or even just drop off clean towels. Every time I walked by the front counter the woman working was sitting in a corner hiding from the cameras playing on her phone.

I recently stayed at My Place and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend My Place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Underwhelming but cost efficient

People partied in the room next to me starting at 10pm til about 4 am. I tried to get toothpaste one day and they were all out. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and had a kitchenette. No breakfast, but the place next door, lil bean cafe, was delicious. My dog joined me which was awesome.

Solo trip

Awesome stay! Very clean and great staff! Felt safe so that was a plus. Was visiting my fiance at camp lejune and this was the perfect place to sleep while he had to be gone.
