I would definitely stay at the Red Roof and suites again, next time we visit our Grandson at Camp Leguen. The people behind the desk were very friendly and helpful especially when we wanted to add on an extra night stay. We did not have to switch rooms. Thanks again Lulu for all your help!!

The room was clean, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that our room was next to the stairs, so it constantly sounded like people were clamoring up the stairs at night (LOL). But, we had an easy fix and turned on some white noise. Good value for the price.

Dirty & afraid to sleep under the covers. Came home n washed everything in hot water. Itchy while laying on bed.shower was the only good thing about bathroom, toilet didn't flush for the 3 days we were there nor did the sink go down. No plunger to help. Overall terrible hotel. Staff was friendly!

Super clean room and premises! Felt very safe at all times. Staff was very welcoming and so were other people staying there! We all loved pets and it definitely showed. We will return to stay at Jacksonville Red Roof:) (first timer!)

We had an issue with our room and Kathy made sure we were taken care of with a new room in 5 minutes. Staff was all very sweet and helpful. This was our second time there in 2 months. Highly recommended!!!!
